Kindly excuse my daughter, Jecel L. Navarro for being absent yesterday and today.  She has high fever and she is under observation. Her pediatrician advised her to take a rest and ordered her to have urinalysis and CBC to figure out her illness.

I hope for your kind consideration regarding this matter. She will be on school as soon as she feels much better. Please give her all the assignments she missed as well as school activities so that she will be able to work on them.

Please excuse my daughter, Marcel L. Navarro, for being absent today (September 12, 2003).  She was bitten by a cat and needs to go to Emergency Room for anti-tetanus vaccine and anti-rabies vaccine.  She also required to rest and to take antibiotic for her wound infection.

I hope for your usual understanding and consideration.  She will bring her medical certificate for your verification.
