This letter is serve as an evaluation letter for the performance of Engr. Rowell Santiago, Chemical Engineer of Hanson Manufacturing Corporation. This evaluation will focus solely on what I have observed during his stay with the company.

Engr. Santiago has been employed at Hanson Manufacturing Corporation since January 2000, which means he has been a part of our company for more than six years. Since the beginning of his career at our compay, he has been working as our Chemical Engineer which means his duties has never changed.

Based on our record, during his stay he always did excellent work. He never complained and always come on office on time. Whenever he needs to attend important matters, he make sure to take leave and ask permission for his superior.

I truly recommend to increase his salary and a possible promotion the soonest possible time because Engr. Santiago deserve this.

I would like to request to evaluate my son in the area related to the suspected disability by your specialist with appropriate knowledge. I believe that this information is needed to plan a suitable educational program for my son.
