Good day!
This letter is to raise a formal grievances concerning my dismissal last September 1, 2022.
It concerns with the decision of the Dean of Education Department of terminating me by not giving me any teaching loads without valid reason and written notice. She just told me that there is no available teaching loads for me.
I believe that this termination is very personal since there is no termination letter presented to me from the school. In addition, they just told me at the start of classes. As for rules, the employer should be given at least one month notice before the termination in order for the employee to be ready and look for another jobs.
May I request your office for fair investigation of this matter? Also I would like to demand for claims for illegal dismissal, full back wages, moral damages, and exemplary damages.
