Overtime Request Letter

Dear Mr. dela Cruz:

The exigency of the service so requires that I request for the overtime services of eight (8) Utility Men on Saturday, November 5, 2005, to perform services at the PSU campus:
–    General cleaning for the comfort rooms;
–    Cleaning of two (2) water tanks, trash cans and drums; and
–    Cleaning of drinking stations

I am constrained to schedule the work on Saturday so as not to cut the supply of water when classes and offices are open.
