Educational Tour survey Letter

Dear Parents/Guardians:

Greetings!

On February 10, 2005 the ABE Prep, Elem, and HS Departments are planning to go on Educational Tour in Manila, (where Philippine Air Base, Mall of Asia, Planetarium, Manila Ocean Park, and Enchanted Kingdom  are located). The estimated amount that each participant has to contribute for the field trip is Php 1500 (for bus fare and entrance fees).

In lieu with the above plan, we are conducting a survey to determine as to whether or NOT you will allow your son/daughter to join the said educational tour.  Please indicate your concurrence/non-concurrence to this planned activity on the attached survey forms.

We need your candid reply to this survey as soon as possible.  The data we can get from this appraisal will hasten our decision to push through or cancel the planned activity.
