Dear Ms. Salcedo:
This letter is serve as letter of intent to lease a commercial space inside Bista Mall.
We are the business behind the food cart, Potato Fries Corner, which has been selling potato fries in different varieties. We also sell cold beverages and juices.
Presently, our potato fries sell for Php50 to Php120 depending on the flavor match with cold beverages and juices. Our clients are mostly young children and students who order our foods for snacks,
The Potato Fries Corner food cart that we plan to put up would require at least 8 square meters and a power outlet for a cash register, a small freezer, a soda vendo machine and a gas operated frying griddle. The food card would be manned by two employees.
We already have 8 branches located in various commercial areas in the city but this is our first venture in putting up a branch inside a mall.
