Dear Sir/Madam:

Notice is hereby served pursuant to the provision of Section 254 of Republic Act 7160 (Local Government Code of 1991), as a reminder of your real property tax obligation due to the Province of Bataan.
Upon verification of our records as March 31, 2007, no real property tax payment has been made for CY 2007.

Please be reminded that under Section 255 of the Local Government Code, failure to pay real property tax as it becomes due shall subject the taxpayer to the additional payment of interest at the rate of two percent (2%) of the tax due for each month of delinquency, until the delinquent tax shall have been paid, but in no case shall exceed thirty six (36) months.

Please be further informed that remedies provided for under the law for the collection of delinquent taxes shall be applied to enforce collection. This is without prejudice to the right of this office to avail of the remedies by administrative action thru levy on real property or by judicial action as provided in Section 256 of the Local Government Code.

Kindly proceed to this office or to the Municipal Treasurer’s Office where your property/ies located to have your real property tax assessment and pay the corresponding tax/
