Dear Ms. Lopez:
This letter is served as an official letter of reprimand for breach of confidentiality. Last Wednesday (April 10, 2003) at 10 AM, you acted very strangely by talking to someone about private things with unauthorized party and because of that a potential client overheard it and our company will be in trouble.
I consider you as one of our best employees but your action cannot be overlooked. As stated in our employee handbook, any further breach of confidentiality will result in disciplinary action.
We will have a meeting tomorrow at 10 am to discuss how to resolve this matter.
