This is to inform that the project, bungalow house located in Choco Ville 1 Subdivision Paranaque City constructed by Jcmer Home Builders is completed and finished. It is constructed last October 12, 2008 to March 6, 2008.
The following are list of works being completed:
- Properly installed roofing and trusses based on 1 year weather condition (2017-2019)
- Almost repaint all walls and ceiling
- Lighting, switches and outlet are all working and installed
- Faucet,shower, heater, kitchen sink and jetmatic and deep well are no leaks and very good working condition
- Sliding windows, doors , kitchen cabinet and build in cabinet are properly installed
- Granite flooring, tiles dirty kitchen, tiles CR and garage rubberize paint are completed.
- Firewall , storage and slab garage and canopies are all painted of plexi bond water proofing and roof shield paint
- Jetmatic and water tank are owners responsibilities
- Perimeter fence and all gates are working and installed
- Screen door, air con casing and grills are tight and properly located
