  2. Aiza May Cruz – Clerk – Php 25 per hr
  3. Crisante Alvarez – Secretary – Php 25 per hr

Pursuant to the Civil Service law and Rules, the above-named given temporary employment with the corresponding designation which belong to the Unclassified Service as expressly in Sec. 5 of R.A. 2260 and at a rate of compensation stated opposite their names for a period of not more than six months.

It shall be understood that such employment will cease automatically at the end of the period stated above unless such appointment is renewed.  However, any of all of them may be laid off anytime even before the expiration of the employment period, i.e. when their services are no longer needed or if funds are no longer available.
