Dear Ms. dela Fuestes

This letter is about the loan that I made to you in the amount of Php150,000 on April 11, 2003 for your house renovation. We agreed that this loan will be payable within two months but as of today, May 15, 2004, you have not given me any payments towards this loan. It almost one year since the loan was not paid and I would like to request you to pay this loan in full upon the receipt of this letter.

I expect to receive your payment in full before June 2004 and if you ignored my request, I reserve the right to take further legal action to recover the amount of loan without further notice to you. This letter can be used as evidence in court of your failure to pay.

I hope for your cooperation regarding this matter. In case that this goes to the court, you will be required to pay the applicable interest, attorney’s fees and other related costs.

Please do not hesitate to call me if you have any questions. Your immediate action to this matter will be appreciated.

Sincerely yours,
Laarni Villamor
