Mortgage Refinance Loan Letter

August 24, 2000

Ms. Annoniete Llanda
Account Supervisor
ABC Lending Corporation
Hagonoy, Bulacan

Dear Ms. Llanda:

I would like to inform you of my recent hardship. My company downsized and I was laid off and I have been out of work for almost one month.

Since I found a new job in Makati and now make Php25,000 less than per month than I did with my old job. Therefore, I can no longer continue making mortgage payments in the amount of Php15,000 per month.

I am searching for a way to get back on my feet. Is there another option to refinance mortgage that involved payments of no more than Php10,000.00 per month.

Attached herewith is our monthly expenses and the copies of financial documents to show that I am certainly experiencing financial hardship. All documents attached are true and accurate to the best of my knowledge.
I know and believe that my situation is temporary and soon I will be able to start making full payments again.
I hope for your consideration and understanding regarding this matter.
Sincerely,

Ms. Roda M. Agarte
Account Manager
ABC Credit Inc.

Dear Ms. Agarte:

Due to recent recession, my company has nothing to do but cut off our salary.  Consequently, my income has greatly reduced that’s why we afford to pay the monthly mortgage loan.

I would like to request a loan modification that would benefit us.  We would be grateful if you can work with us to lower the payment so we can keep our home and also afford to make amends with your firm.

Attached herewith is documents that will confirm my present financial status. My family will appreciate your cooperation in this matter. If you have any questions, please contact me at (047) 461-4047.

I, Almira del Valle, state the information provided above is true and correct to the best of my knowledge.

Sincerely,
