To Whom It May Concern:
Know all men by this contract that Emerson M. Navarro, of legal age 32, (the lessee) is entering into contract with Ramon T. Reyes, of legal age 35, (the lessor) with the following conditions:
- An advance payment of the two months (Php 20,000.00) and one month deposit (Php 10,000.00).
- Electric and water bills payment will be on the responsibility of the lessor.
- Any damage in the facilities of the house will be charged to the lessor accordingly.
- This contract will be expire on May 28, 2006. In witness whereof are the signatories:
