Dear Mr. Watanabe:
We are pleased to inform you that PENELCO will grant your request for special connection with the following premises:
- You shall pay in advance the amount of One Thousand Two Hundred Twelve and 38/100 (Php 1,212.38)
- The period of your special connection is from December 02, 2013 to January 31, 2014
- Your contract energy for this period is 0 kWh and shall be computed based on the cooperative’s prevailing rate for special connection
- Special connection is subject to actual inspection and load inventory anytime by the co-op representative. Any additional load without proper clearance that may cause overloading and affect the co-op system is subject to power disconnection without prior notice
- Upon renewal, the estimated energy consumption shall be paid in advance as Security Deposit
- Upon termination of the Special Connection, the consumer shall refund the remaining Security Deposit after deducting the energy consumption and other charges incurred. In case the actual registration of the meter is higher than the initial security deposit, the billing shall be based on actual registration.
