My sister called you one (1) week ago for reservation of function room at your restaurant for our family gathering on July 26, 2003. Unfortunately, one of my aunties is not able to attend so we decided to postponed the event. We would like to cancel our reservation and respectfully request for a reimbursement of our deposit.
We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience we made in your part. If everything is in place, we definitely transact you again since your hotel and restaurant is one of the best in town.
