We have received reports from Tattoo customers about modem theft done by agents claiming to be our authorized contractors.  We have strict policies on modem repair and we’ll never pull out your modem without leaving a working replacement. In addition, our repairmen are not allowed to conduct unscheduled visits.

Rest assured we are closely coordinating with our security teams and the local authorities regarding this issue.
