To all Faculties
In view of the forthcoming Level II accreditation of the BS Mechanical Engineering Program of our University, may I request from each of you to furnish me the following documents:
- Personal Data Sheet (fully accomplished)
- Certificates of Trainings, Seminars, Masteral courses (and other documents in support of the Personal Data Sheet) from the year 2000 – 2003
- Class Records from year 2001 – 2003
As you know, the accreditation is scheduled on the first week of August, therefore, I would like to appeal for the early submission this Wednesday, July 20 of above mentioned documents.
