Donation Equipment Solicitation Letter

August 10, 2011

Engr. Freddie P. Yumang
Vice President
Petron Bataan Refinery

Dear Engr. Yumang

Greetings!

The College of Engineering and Architecture specifically the Mechanical Engineering Department are in the process of upgrading their laboratories on (ME-LAB 1, ME-LAB 2 and ME-LAB 3). Although new equipments were purchased last year there is still need for us to secure equipments that can help ME students visualizing the internal components of a machine.

In view of the abovementioned improvement, our department is on the lookout for any rotating equipment already for disposal to be use as a prototype i.e. pumps (cut-away). This equipment will help our students who are taking their Fluid Machinery and ME Lab 2 subjects.

Should such equipment is available for disposal from your company; our department is asking permission from your office to have it donated to our college. Bataan Peninsula State University is already a recipient of much assistance from Petron and we are indebted by your continuous support.

We are hoping for a favorable response.

Thank you and God Bless.

Respectfully Yours,
