Our donation shall apart from the terms of the Memorandum of Agreement date 3 May 2007, be subject to the following terms and conditions.
- TOTAL shall transfer the amount of Php 350,000 to Weslayan University.
- Weslayan University (WU) shall submit a quarterly report of the scholars’ training progress to TOTAL.
- WU to submit a financial report after each semester regarding the disbursement of funds (such as submission of the official receipt, summary of disbursement, etc.) in accordance with generally accepted accounting principles; and
4. Other terms, remedies and conditions under the Memorandum of Agreement dated May 3,2003, apart from those available under the law, shall remain in force and full effect.
