It is my pleasure to present this proposal for a Computerized Hospital Management System (CHMS). Our total program application is for Php108,000.
This grant opportunity has a great contribution for our rural hospital as ours struggling to keep up the demand for patients. Our community will certainly benefit this grant to improve the hospital services.
Some of the benefits and advantages of CHMS includes the checking of the occupancy level anytime as well as the number of doctors and other staff on duty. Also, it allows the viewing of treatment being provided to a particular patient and his medical records. In addition, it provides the viewing and printing of medical reports for each patient and the payment made by a patient and amount due.
