The exigency of the service so requires that I request for the overtime services of six (6) Utility Men on Wednesday, August 24, 2003, to perform the following services at the Pilar State Main Campus.
- General cleaning of the comfort rooms;
- Cleaning of three (3) water tanks, trash cans and drum; and
- Cleaning of drinking stations
I am constrained to schedule the work on Sunday so as not to cut the supply of water when classes and offices are open.
