Dear Ms. Rodriguez:
We are writing to inform you that you are being employed by our school in the capacity of School Accountant. You will report directly to our School Director, Dr. Amelito Herrera, commencing with the start of employment on January 15, 2009.
Your basic pay shall be Php12,000.00 a month. There will be also clothing and transportation allowance every month. Other benefits will be explained to you during your orientation.
