Dear Ms. Rivera:

We have received your letter of September 12 and we are sorry to learn that you have been received different items.

The mess has been happened because our dispatchers mark the parcel wrongly by mistake.  Really we ourselves are very much surprised how it happened.  This is for time in our history of business that this lapse has done unknowingly.  We have already telephone Mr. Santos to exchange the parcel with you

We may assure you that in future every care will be taken to ensure right dispatch of goods. Once again, I express my regrets for this cumbersome mistake.
