I am writing to inform you about my insurance claim for my car. My policy number is 015214-5204. Your representative already examines and filed a report regarding my insurance claim.
Here are the little details of my car accident:
The body of my car got smashed because a tricycle hit my car from behind at the parking area at the grocery store. I call your customer care and gave the details and found out that I am eligible for a claim. Your representative told me that they will call me soon regarding this matter and will get the feedback at the early possible time.
