I would like to inform you that your shipment arrived yesterday and we found out that our orders were damaged.
Christmas lights were broken. My order number is No. 25643 with invoice No. A45134. According to your purchaser, there will be 3 months warranty for these items and if there is a damaged item, your company will be in-charged.
I will be returning the entire order by express and we shall expect to receive the good items at your earliest convenience.
