I, Alden D. Richard, hereby authorize my cousin, Ms. Leah Mendoza to take over the authority of claiming information and pertinent documents in regards to the ownership of my new lot located to Sunshine Subdivision. I will in abroad in six month time.
Ms. Mendoza will bring her identification card for your reference and verification. She will be responsible for getting official documents, receiving them, signing papers related to my ownership and hand over of the property. This right is effective from January 16, 2008.
