Good day!
I am Reynaldo dela Rosa from San Mateo Construction Firm. I stayed to your hotel last Sept. 5 to 7, 2012 and I forgot my travelling bag. That’s why, I would like to authorize my cousin, Ms. Ednalyn dela Rosa to get my travelling bag. I am now in Manila, Philippines and won’t be able to come back and get my bag.
My cousin will bring her two (2) identification cards for your reference. She is working at East West Bank as Teller.
